To establish new water service, please bring the following items to our office:
- Picture ID
- Social Security Card
- Proof of ownership for property (if own property) OR Lease/rental agreement for property (if renting or leasing)
- New Service Form and addendum (available below)
- $100 connection fee for same day service(for existing taps)
- $50 connection fee for next day service(for existing taps)
OR
- $1,150.00* tap fee (properties who have never had County water)
*Our 3/4" water tap fee is standard size for residential. Larger and Commercial water taps are available for additional charges
If you require a water tap, please allow us 6 weeks for the work to be complete
To establish new sewer service, please contact the office. We have limited sewer service areas.
