Darlington County Water and Sewer Authority addresses interruptions in online payments and communication by phone during the transition to new software.
Please bear with us as we transition to the usage of new software to better serve you. We acknowledge that there have been disruptions in telephone communication due to the heavy volume of calls concerning this transition. Our staff is unable to call out or return calls at this time due to the burden on our phone systems.
The following options are currently available for making payments:
In Person
In person payments have resumed to normal operations.

Only the Quick Pay option is available at this time.
For all accounts existing prior to 12/31/24 remove leading zero (0). In addition, all accounts must add zero (0) at the end of your current account number. (For example, if your account number is 0123456789, you will enter 123456789-0.)
To register an account, you will need the CID number which will be printed on your next bill.
